ST loves Jonny…if you go to www.kingkelly.com you can see the track that Jonny and Kim made for King Kelly (GIRLS ON TOP)
Image…reality…whats the fucking difference these days. Evidence here from Suge Knight. Fascinating. What are the young kids saying these days. ‘No pics didnt happen’ or something like that. Now your whole life is ‘no hologram cant live forever’??? Fun. Interesting.
ST cult members venture out in 2011 to find very amusing St. Pattys day behavior as part of an on going project: God…is…in fact…NOT DEAD. Irish people (which some of these are not) can be very difficult but they are also awesome and really know how to have a good time and are very good artists and also according to some book once saved Western Civilization. Shot by ST cult member Ethan Palmer (only english oppressor blood) snd Andrew Neel (some Irish blood). RAW FOOTAGE…no edit. Thanks for watching. I want my lucky charms…
Is this hell as a tourist attraction?
Capitalism is a scary and yet brilliant thing…ST thinks its strange that now the children of famous people will own ‘hologram’ rights to people…for how long? When does a hologram become public domain? We are heading towards a very strange (and exciting and scary) new world. Anything goes.
More scripts on the wall + garbage can and bike helmet…
Tupac lives as a hologram at Coachella with Snoop (alive) singing with him. HOLY SHIT! What does this mean for cinema ST asks? What in gods name does it mean for us? ST found it almost creepy (and yet exciting) to watch the ghost of Tupac talk to the living snoop. When is James Cameron gonna make the first holographic movie? Will movies become hybrids between live plays and traditional cinema…with celebs walking around in your living room or on the theater stage? How much will it cost to have Brad Pitt sit in your Barcalounger?…or shit maybe Elvis? Its a brave new world and Tupac is with us…
Artfagcity artworld snarkster Paddy Johnson (who is pretty smart and always NY snarky - maybe to a fault once in a while) hits the nail on the head about Herzog’s Whitney piece. ST loves Herzog…and affords him lameness…but must call LAME on this one: both for him and for the Whitney. ST wonders…why do filmmakers always wanna be ‘artists’ in the fine art world. They are artists anyway…Its weird. They want this high-brow stamp of approval…and yet artist…ALL THEY DO IS TALK ABOUT WANTING TO MAKE MOVIES. Perhaps ST is being to hard on everyone. ST doesn’t know…but ST feels this Whitney bullshit is lame and cant help saying so.
Elizabeth Neel Show At Susanne Vielmetter in LA Room 2! Cool!
Elizabeth Neel’s show in LA. Walk though room 1 of 2. Show looks awesome. We did not have more equipment so ST had HH the walk through.
Semana Santa in Guatemala. These guys take Easter SERIOUSLY. ST enjoyed these rituals very much and shot a bunch of footage on their never ending quest to further understand Christianity.

ST’s friend Josh Koury made what looks like an AWESOME doc about amateur filmmaking. ST always wanted to make a doc on the subject but never got around to it. Go Josh. Go to see at Tribeca if you are in NY.
